Six Six Six – Limited Release print run exclusive to Harry’s Friends
Folks, The latest news for you about Six Six Six, the second crime thriller by Harry Fisher. While I haven’t yet given up on attracting an agent for Six Six Six, that option is heading towards unlikely. And, even if it does happen, the process of getting the book to launch would probably take about a year. So, I’m

new “six six six” update
Hi folks – just a wee update. Today I sent out a submission for Six Six Six to a literary agent. That’s the 20th agency I’ve contacted since the start of September. So far I’ve had seven rejections and there are a couple more that are approaching the “If you haven’t heard from us by
online “talk” to the Lively Minds group
Hi – Excited to say I’m delivering an online “talk” to the Lively Minds group from Queen’s Cross Church on Wednesday 14th October starting at 11:00. I’ll be speaking about creative writing in relation to crime thrillers, and my books Way Beyond A Lie (published) and Six Six Six (out on submission to literary agencies).

A further “six six six” update
A Six Six Six update for you. I’ve just completed the very last major edit (#6) of book two so I’m bang on target to have the manuscript finished by my target date of late August. The final step before I start preparing submissions to literary agents is for me to read the whole book aloud
News on how “Six Six Six” is coming along
So far, bang on schedule – I’ve just finished revisions four and five. R4 involved Shiona reading the entire book aloud from her Kindle with me following along on the laptop. It’s very slow work (about ten pages a day) but it’s amazing how many clunky pieces of text, plotlines that don’t work too well
Back when we were allowed to have parties…
On 6th March 2019, almost 90 family and friends trotted along to the launch of Way Beyond A Lie. Thanks to everyone who has bought, read, shared, enthused, recommended, promoted, swooned (okay, maybe not actually swooned), encouraged, reviewed, helped, critiqued … or anything else in support of my first crime thriller. Dahlings, I love you
