Harry Fisher – publication news

Morning Folks, I’ve been a bit quiet on the news front recently so here’s a quick update.

In case you missed it, I’m now signed up to Hobeck Books www.hobeck.net. “Hobeck” are Adrian Hobart and Rebecca Collins – they have a wonderful ethos, they specialise in thrillers, mystery, crime and suspense, and their logo is really cool. The clincher was that I’m now working with a professional editor, which is a fascinating experience. The woman has eyes like scalpels.

My second book will be published first – on 5th October. It will be book one in the DS Melissa (Mel) Cooper series – some of you know it as Six Six Six – but it will come out with a new title: Be Sure Your Sins. So for those of you who have copies of Six Six Six, you have an original – one of only 310 printed. I think that may qualify as a minor woo hoo!

Next up, in November, we’ll republish my debut thriller Way Beyond A Lie, complete with brand new cover. It’ll be advertised as a prequel – because that book introduced Mel and her sidekick, DC Andrew Young.

And finally, the first draft of book three – Yes, I Killed Her – is about 75% drafted. It will be #2 in the DS Mel Cooper series and if all goes to plan it will be published in Spring 2022.

As always, thank you for your continued support and encouragement and I’ll be back in touch soon. Take care.

PS – I would rather not bug people with emails they don’t want so if you’d prefer not to hear about Harry Fisher’s writing, please feel free to unsubscribe. But I hope you’ll stick around for the ride.
